Second Lieutenant John Littlejohn, West Yorkshire Regiment, was a former student at Glasgow University, from which he graduated M.A., B.Sc. While at the University he was a member of the Officers Training Corps and later he held a captaincy in the City of Glasgow Cadet Corps. When he enlisted, Lieutenant Littlejohn was science master in Strathbungo Higher Grade School.
