Thomas Eric Ayton Faulds – age 20 – Second Radio Officer, S.S. Scottish Trader (London) Merchant Navy.

The “Scottish Trader” was sailing from Philadelphia to Liverpool when she was torpedoed and sunk by the German submarine U-131 in mid-Atlantic. (Source: uboat.net)
