Charles Blane Fisher – age 16 – Second Radio Officer, S.S. Rio Azul (London) Merchant Navy.

The “Rio Azul” was sailing from Freetown, Sierra Leone to Middlesbrough when she was torpedoed and sunk west of Tenerife by the German submarine U-123. (Source:uboat.net)
